MySQL High Availability Deep Dive
This is a tutorial that Florian and Yves Trudeau (from Percona) presented the Percona Live MySQL Conference & Expo in Santa Clara, California. In one day, Florian covered the MySQL HA Stack with Pacemaker and DRBD, front to back. Yves expanded the scope to Pacemaker with MySQL Replication.
If you want to follow along Florian's and Yves' talk, please contact us for the virtual environment we used for the setup. The training environment comes with DRBD, Corosync, Pacemaker and MySQL pre-installed (but not fully configured – that's your job!) and is available for Virtual Box, Libvirt/KVM and VMware Workstation/Server.
